ABC Advice

 A. Yoga can be good for you and it helps you.

B. It is a great form of exercise for your health.
C. Is good for your heart and helps your heart.
D. It is good for strengthening muscles.
E. If you continue with it you'll feel better.
F. If you do it, you'll be proud of yourself.
G. When you do it, it gives you a workout.
H. If you don't do it, then that progress you make will still be there, but the progress you do not make, is not as great as if you do it.
I. You need to do it in order to feel better.
J. When someone does it or yourself then both of you can feel accomplished with what you did, because you never gave up on it.
K. When you give up, it's like quitting.
L. When you don't give up, it's not quitting.
M. No matter what form of exercise you do, do your best and encourage yourself to try hard.
N. Don't overdo things, but achieve your goal.
O. When you achieve something, you accomplish it, and when you do that you'll be proud of what you did.
P. Achieve, and set goals for you, don't let others tell you different.
Q. Work out for you, don't workout for others.
R. Work out for your health.
S. Workout because you want your heart to be healthy, and you want to achieve something.
T. Workout just to get exercise out of it.
U. If you do these things, you'll be happy.
V. Take a rest day when you need it, don't try to overdo things, just because you think you need the extra workout.
W. Sometimes you and your body need a day or two of rest to recover.
X. Then when you feel refreshed and you feel like you recovered after the day you took a break, go back to what you've done before.
Y. Try your best and workout to your ability.
Z. Stick with something you like and just do it.
